BündnerStübli

An evening with friends in the BündnerStübli

Newly opened in 2010, the 'BündnerStübli' now shines in new splendour. This also includes the cuisine: Chef Fabio Tempini was awarded 12 points from the Swiss Gault Millau guide after a very successful first year. In 2011, he was the proud recipient of 13 points.

The 'BündnerStübli' stands for alpine cosiness.

The 'BündnerStübli' offers a seating capacity of 60 in two rooms.  Green table runners and red seat cushions combined with wooden tables, parquet flooring and Swiss stone pine panelled walls promise a charming atmosphere of alpine comfort and relaxation. Pure Tuscan olive oil from the farm and Italian breadsticks await the guests upon arrival. 

Young Engadine local and gifted top chef Fabio Tempini offers gourmet dining and surprises with a blend of regional-Mediterranean cuisine. He gained much of his experience at exclusive establishments such as the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz and the Restaurant Alpenrose in Sils-Maria. Fabio's specialty dishes include fresh goat cheese on vegetables, the bresaola-carpaccio with sautéed porcini, lamb saddle nestled in Engadine hay and the famous 'spaghetti Tempa'. For dessert, Tempini recommends the cappuccino creme brulee.
