




A paradise for fondue and raclette lovers awaits you and your friends in our cheese speciality restaurant 'Fondini'. Newly opened in December 2010, it provides seating for a total of 50 guests. Red seat cushions combined with wooden tables, parquet flooring and Swiss stone pine stakes give this authentic fondue parlour a charming atmosphere of alpine comfort and relaxation.
Young Engadine local and gifted top chef Fabio Tempini chooses only top cheese specialities to create a variety of fondue and raclette delights. Also listed on the Fondini menu are the meat fondues Chinoise and Bourguignonne. We highly recommend Fabio's personal favourites: venison fondue and the smoky-defined cheese compilation for the raclette.
