"The hotel staff was extremely accommodating, attentive, and helpful. We booked a larger room, which was really great, with a balcony and sun loungers. Bathing amenities were provided in the bathroom, room cleaning took place daily without being requested, and in the evening we were briefly asked if we needed anything else, along with a 'Bettmümpfeli' (bedtime treat). The wellness area is also spacious and beautifully equipped for relaxation; the massages are recommended, as is the fitness room. The swimming pool also invites you to spend your time there. Simply put, it was worth the price. Last but not least, a great breakfast buffet, excellent evening menus, and so much more."

Imagine walking through the beautiful Tais Forest and suddenly hearing the most beautiful pieces of classical music! The Camerata Pontresina makes it possible! Every day from 11:00 AM, these talented musicians play their seasonal music free of charge for interested listeners.

The Lakes in the Engadine

The Engadine is famous for its beautiful lakes. The most well-known are Lake St. Moritz, Lake Silvaplana, Lake Champfèr, and Lake Sils. In both winter and summer, they are used for all kinds of water or ice sports activities, or occasionally visited just to be admired.

What are the temperatures and weather like in summer?

For those who do not like tropical climates, the temperatures in the Engadine are ideal. In summer, it gets beautifully hot in the sun during the day, while it cools down in the evening, giving the body a short breather before the sun blazes again the next day. To help you cope with the hot temperatures, you have access to drinks at all times.

At what age are children allowed to use the spa and pool area?

At our hotel, the pool is for all guests – including children. However, entry to the pool area for adolescents under 16 is only permitted when accompanied by a supervisor. Please never leave your child unattended, especially in the swimming pool, as this can be life-threatening. Any liability is excluded.
