(Christmas\/New Year&#8217;s Eve, 15 days* | Non-cancelable rates cannot be changed or cancelled free of charge).<\/li><li>If you cancel less than 48 hours before the arrival date, you will have to pay 100% of the costs.<\/li><li>In case of early departure of your started stay, you will bear 80% of the remaining costs.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>*For trips booked through third party providers such as travel agencies, groups or similar, the cancellation conditions of the respective providers cancellation policy applies without exception. The reason (illness, accident, death, work, weather) of the cancellation or early departure does not matter. The costs will be charged to you using the credit card you provided as a guarantee. We treat all guests equally, without exception.<\/p><p>For this reason we recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
