Our team is made up of around 40 employees working across our reception, restaurant, bar, spa, kitchen, housekeeping and management. Cooperation between the different areas is enormously important. A hotel works like an orchestra, where everyone has to master their own instrument in order to create a beautiful melody together.

At Hotel Rosatsch, we live by a philosophy that puts our team, our guests, and the environment at the center of everything we do.

More about our guests

During the holiday season, we accommodate approximately 90% Swiss guests, followed by Germans and Italians. The average length of stay is 4 days, with most guests booking a whole week.

Saving the world one small step at a time

We are the type of people who don't talk much, we just get things done! And we have been doing this for many years in order to reduce our hotel's energy consumption and become more sustainable. Last year, we were able to save a total of 12.9% in electricity without any of our guests or employees having to make any sacrifices.

Hospitality

We express our family hospitality by writing personal arrival and departure cards, organizing weekly guest aperitifs, offering personal evening service in the restaurant, and celebrating special holidays such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Easter together with our guests.

Sustainability

We are actively committed to preventing food waste in our restaurant and to making our reception areas paperless. We have achieved great success in this regard so far, and we will continue to build on this.

Turn old into new

We attach great importance to continuous development. This includes the refurbishment and renovation of our hotel to ensure that the rooms meet current standards.

Did you know that two-thirds of our guests also book dinner? And rightly so: our kitchen team, led by our head chef Alex, consists of absolute professionals in their field.
